Viktor Sheiman built an entire business empire based on smuggling and gray schemes. But Alexander Lukashenko’s assistant and longtime ally does not own anything directly.
In our materials and in the materials of our colleagues, the names of Sheiman’s trusted managers came up - brothers Evgeniy and Yuri Zhovner, Alexander Romanovsky and Anton Novik, Sergei and Tatyana Onoshko.
But such stories always lacked clarity. Today we will lift the veil of secrecy and tell you in more detail about the Onoshko couple - Sergei and Tatyana. They have been working in “Sheiman’s circle” since the 2010s and are actively involved in Lukashenko’s “family” schemes. And therefore they can afford a real luxury life in Belarus and abroad: expensive jewelry and haute couture clothes, a vacation for a hundred thousand dollars, New Year’s Eve at a private Kylie Minogue concert. And that’s not all.
ALL INCLUSIVE
Dubai is hot and insanely expensive. The richest people come here in search of entertainment, luxury and extreme luxury. Here, on the glamorous island of Palm Jumeirah, the symbol of Dubai rises majestically - the famous Atlantis The Palm hotel, which cost $1.5 billion to build.

The resort’s calling cards are the world’s largest water park, Aquaventure, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, and The Lost Chambers aquarium, which contains more than 65,000 underwater marine animals. There are 15 restaurants on site, 2 of which are awarded a Michelin star. Among the guests of Atlantis The Palm were American actress Kim Kardashian, singer Jennifer Lopez... And Belarusian businesswoman Tatyana Onoshko.
On the eve of the new year, 2023, she boasted on her Instagram page that she was celebrating the coming year to the accompaniment of the world superstar - Australian singer Kylie Minogue. The highlight of the night was a ten-minute volley of fireworks.
Indeed, on New Year’s Eve of 2022, the pop singer became the headliner of a gala dinner at Atlantis The Palm. The party began with canapés and champagne, before guests were served a variety of dishes from a sumptuous buffet, from lobster and caviar to live sushi and handcrafted desserts. The guests were treated not only to seafood delicacies, but also to exquisite French champagne Dom Pérignon – we also found the corresponding photo on Tatyana Onoshko’s Instagram.

The price for a bottle of Dom Pérignon Luminous with a luminous label starts from 250 € and can reach 9200 €. Probably, alcohol is a compliment from the establishment and its cost is already included in the deposit that had to be paid for participation in this grandiose party. The most “budget” of the proposed boarding options for an adult is $1,600 per person.
With the amount that Tatyana Onoshko spent in one evening, the average Belarusian can feed his family for almost five months. Where does an inconspicuous Belarusian businesswoman get that kind of money?
SHEYMAN’S FINANCIALIST
Tatyana Onoshko is an important person in the “group of companies” “Alexvit”. What is this business holding known for? We found at least five operating companies that are part of the Alexvit group. They deal with customs clearance, logistics, help circumvent sanctions and participate in parallel imports.
First of all, this is the company of the same name, LLC Alexvit Ltd., a large logistics company with revenues of hundreds of millions of rubles. It operates under various gray schemes to circumvent sanctions, re-export and parallel import.
The first scheme is that the company helps to circumvent sanctions through Turkey, this is openly written on the website. The service is called “Partage cargo”: Europe – Türkiye – Russia.”
The second scheme is customs clearance services for auto parts arriving from the EU, USA, countries of Southeast and East Asia, with subsequent sale in the Russian Federation. In fact, the company is involved in circumventing sanctions and so-called parallel import schemes. For example, in 2023, the United States and Japan imposed sanctions on the supply of a number of auto parts to Russia.
Also, Alexvit Ltd. has been actively purchasing ExxonMobile motor and transmission oils for cars since 2022. There are also problems with them in Russia.
The third scheme is the re-export of flowers. A Bureau source from the flower business reported that in 2022, the company Alexvit Ltd. was actively involved in the re-export of flowers to Russia through the Great Stone industrial park. Let us remind you that the scheme was legalized by the Belarusian authorities and is based on underpayment of value added tax to the Belarusian budget in order for selected companies to receive excess profits.
The company does not shy away from standard schemes for the supply of counterfeit products to Russia - the Russian regulator Rosselkhoznadzor reported this. In 2023, the company imported fish of unknown origin, but allegedly from Finland, processed it at the Stolichny fish canning plant, and then transported it to Russia.
Previously, Tatyana Onoshko worked for the Globalkastom company, which was caught illegally supplying clothing and sanctioned products to Russia. Belarusian journalists also told how Globalkastom participated in a gray scheme for re-exporting flowers. Thus, in 2019 alone, $370 million was spent on flower imports, and only $85 million was received from their exports. About $300 million was lost on the way from Belarus to Russia.
Globalcast is associated with the right hand of Alexander Lukashenko, his old ally Viktor Sheiman. In 2020, the company ceased operations, but its business continues to live. And a special role in this business is occupied not only by Tatyana Onoshko, but also by her husband, Sergei Onoshko, who has a special relationship with Viktor Sheiman. But first things first.
GENERAL’S PAGE
Sergei Onoshko began his career, like most of Sheiman’s trusted representatives, in the companies of businessman Alexander Muravyov. From 2003 to 2007, Sergey worked at CJSC TD Yelizovo, CJSC Steklozavod Yelizovo and IOOO Yelipak. From 2007 to 2009, he held senior positions at Motovelo. Muravyov also mentions him as a director in his recent interview:
“...He explained there that Motovelo was supposed to buy machines with the money received. I tell him right in the courtroom: “Onoshko, why didn’t you buy the machines? You’re the director, why didn’t you buy them?” <...> - “Well, the financial model, the obligations, they must be fulfilled.” - “There is no need to fulfill obligations, you need to buy machines!” Do you know what he said? He says: “Sanych, if I buy machines, and the creditors push, then, f***, the electricity will be turned off, and I won’t pay the salary - people won’t come. Why the fuck are these machines?”
In 2009, Sergei Onoshko leaves Motovelo and joins the circle of Viktor Sheiman’s confidants.
Investigative journalists previously told how former employees of Muravyov, including Sergei Onoshko, joined the orderly ranks of the current top management of Viktor Sheiman. The Bureau talked about this topic with a source familiar with Sergei Onoshko:
“I think it’s more correct to ask the question here: how did they get to Muravyov with this whole company and who did they get from? If a person with a certain team runs a business in Belarusian conditions, then this business is taken away from him, and the whole team ends up in another structure, this means that at the time when his business was going well, he enjoyed the patronage of the structure to which he fled management. He [Sergei Onoshko] was under [Sheiman’s] wing even before he came to Muravyov. Belarusian modern history probably knows cases when one of the Belarusian oligarchs assembled a team and, quite by chance, took people who did successful business for him. Then the business became less successful, but the managers did not get lost - they were dispersed to other businesses. But it is definitely unlikely to find cases where the management of a private enterprise has transferred completely to a state office.”
Under the patronage of Sheiman, Sergei Onoshko began to build up and increasingly strengthen his position.
Look, in 2009 he registered with his relative’s company, Avangard Gruzotrans. And this company is connected through a contact email with the well-known Sheiman group of companies - Globalcast.
But Onoshko did not stay long at Avangard; already in August 2010, he accompanied Viktor Sheiman on trips abroad. Here, for example, is a photo from Cote d’Ivoire on Sergei’s Odnoklassniki page.
Sergei Onoshko in Cote d’Ivoire. Source: Sergei Onoshko’s profile on the Odnoklassniki social network
According to CyberPartizan, at this time Onoshko was listed as an adviser in the Lukashenko Administration.
In 2013, Viktor Sheiman became the head of the Lukashenko Administration. And in the same year, Sergei Onoshko came to this structure after him.
“Sergey Onoshko, in general, worked in the Administrative Department system for more than one year, in a number of trading enterprises associated with Ukraine, among others. He was introduced to me as a person who knows who to talk to in Ukraine,” the source told us.
From 2015 to 2017, Sergey headed the Belovezhsky Delicacies LLC, which was engaged in the production of various meat products. As a director of this company, he participates as a witness in the court case against the Yaprintsevs in 2016. It turns out that it was Sergei Onoshko who advised Kazbek Yaprintsev and his business partner Alexander Arabyan to some Ukrainian acquaintances who were doing business in the field of petroleum products. Due to non-compliance with the terms of these transactions, the father and son Yaprintsevs and their business partner were accused of fraud. The amount of damage was estimated at $30 million.
Another incident occurred with Sergei Onoshko in 2015. A criminal case was opened against him for illegal purchase and possession of a cartridge. For this in Belarus you can get up to seven years in prison, but Sergei, it seems, got off with a slight fright. Despite the criminal case, he continued to go on business trips abroad and, most likely, the case did not even come to trial.
In 2017, Sergei Onoshko left Belovezhsky Delicacies. During his leadership, the company was never “solvent”, and he leaves it with debts.
“Successful businesses, if we are talking again about the structure of the Department Manager, have always been built on the fact that: “Oh, sugar, cool. Here it costs a ruble, in Russia it costs 5 – you can squeeze it out, we need this.” The mechanism with one degree or another of modification can be traced everywhere - this is earnings from extracting monopoly rent or from smuggling. All Lu&co businesses are built on this - they allocated either two meters of border, or a resource, or both. On this topic, people earn money with such margins, which are undreamed of in ordinary business. When something goes bankrupt, it means that some of these elements are simply gone. Working with a margin of less than 50% is not respecting yourself. When something changes, such a cow is no longer needed,” a source shared with the Bureau.
After leaving Belovezhsky Delicacies, Onoshko temporarily disappeared from business radars. But in March 2021, he reappears as a co-owner and director of the company Upstream LLC, along with another confidant of Viktor Sheiman, Anton Novik.
In Upstream, Sergei Onoshko replaced Yulia Brigadnaya, the sister of Viktor Sheiman’s second wife. The company dealt with petroleum products and small-scale chemicals. Former director Pavel Lantasov wrote on Linkedin that “at the peak of its development, the company was among the largest exporters in Minsk” and at the same time “maintained its non-publicity and law-abiding nature.” But in February 2023, the company went into liquidation.
Thanks to investigators from Belpol, we know that on the same day that Sergei Onoshko became a co-owner of Upstream - March 11, 2021 - he organized another company in Minsk - Vector Capital Group CJSC. Together with Sheiman’s deputy, Andrei Sviridov, who was fired the day before, and former first deputy Administrator Nikolai Selivanov.
Belpol came to the conclusion that this company was created under the guise of a private structure to serve the interests of Lukashenko, bypassing EU sanctions.
In August 2021, Sergei Onoshko, according to Belpol, became the executive director of Vector Energy Innovation FZCO with a salary of 11 thousand dollars per month. The company was involved in a gray scheme for the seizure and transfer of Belarus-owned land in Sochi to a private company for development. The Belpol team estimates the deal at half a billion dollars. The investigation says that Complex-Invest is going to build the Krasnaya Polyana residential complex in Sochi, which will include three luxury cottages with an area of more than 300 m² each, a hotel, a chain of restaurants and a master’s chalet with an area of 1002 m².
It turns out that Sergei Onoshko is far from the last person in Sheiman’s circle. The two of them flew to Africa, Onoshko owned the company of Sheiman’s relative, and now, according to Belpol, he continues the work of his patron - he carries out various gray schemes.
But let’s return to his wife, who occupies an equally important position in businesses associated with Viktor Sheiman. The professional biography of Tatyana Onoshko contains many interesting facts.
NO RECEPTION AGAINST SCRAP
Tatyana Onoshko, nee Grishuk, like her husband, began her career in the companies of the same Alexander Muravyov. Literally a year after graduating from university, Tatyana joins the ATEC group of companies as head of the tax and financial consulting department. In 2005, Tatyana went to Oriflame. She worked there as financial director until 2012.
At a time when her husband Sergei Onoshko had already earned the trust of Viktor Sheiman, in July 2011 Tatyana received the position of financial director at Belferumgroup. This is not a simple company, but with exclusive rights for business, which were granted to it by Lukashenko’s personal decree. Along with state enterprises, it was allowed to engage in the collection, procurement, processing and supply of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
At the time of its founding and until 2016, Belferumgroup was owned by the British company LUXBERG LLP and the Ukrainian LLC Scholz Utilizator AG.
At various times, LUXBERG LLP belonged to such companies as: FORMOND INC., PRIMECROSS INC., IRELAND & OVERSEAS ACQUISITIONS LTD., MILLTOWN CORPORATE SERVICES LTD.
These four companies, as well as a number of others, are part of the informal network of offshore providers International Overseas Services (IOS). The Irish Times published an investigation into this network as part of the FinCEN project of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
ICIJ reviewed reports from the US Treasury agency’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and found a total of 646 English and Scottish entities that had links to IOS. Two companies included in this network served the Russian bank Promsberbank, which was associated with Igor Putin, Vladimir Putin’s cousin. Companies from the network were also suspected of money laundering through Estonian banks.
And Milltown Corporate Services Ltd is allegedly involved in the money laundering schemes of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. According to OCCRP’s Estonian partner Postimees, this network is also related to the so-called Magnitsky case and the Azerbaijani “mega-laundromat”.
As Tatyana Onoshko herself writes on her Linkedin, she at Belferumgroup was involved in consulting the owner at the stage of a business idea up to a turnover of more than $100 million. The company had branches in Russia, Ukraine and Germany. Onoshko worked there until 2016. In addition to Tatyana Onoshko, other former employees of Motovelo were noted for their work at Belferumgroup: Andrey Feoktistov and Alexander Nikolaichenko, as well as Tatyana Onoshko’s brother, Yuri Grishuk. Almost all of them, together with Onoshko, will go to work for the well-known company Globalkastom.
In 2018, Belferumgroup will be declared bankrupt. According to court documents, she owes more than a million dollars and almost two million rubles to creditors. The main debt is to the Russian company Voronezhvtorsplav.
In addition to dubious connections with an international money laundering network, there were also suspicions on the part of the Investigative Committee of unscrupulous liquidation of Belferumgroup.
Suspicions against the company will arise in 2018 during the investigation of a criminal case related to evasion of repayment of accounts payable by the Eastviltrade company. According to a court document obtained from a Ukrainian court, the Belarusian investigator who led the case, based on documents and testimony, came to the conclusion that in the period from 2014 to 2017, “with the complicity of officials and employees of the Enterprise Liquidation Center CJSC controlled by them,” a number of crimes and other illegal actions related to the seizure of property and the deliberate bankruptcy of business entities, evasion of repayment of accounts payable.”
The Belferumgroup company, which during liquidation was also managed by the Enterprise Liquidation Center CJSC, also came under suspicion. The same company was involved in the liquidation of Globalcast Management associated with Sheiman. The criminal case regarding Eastviltrade was transferred to court, where it was dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The Enterprise Liquidation Center continues to operate to this day.
The Ukrainian company, co-owner of Belferumgroup, was also not spared from criminal cases. In 2018, the company "Scholz Utilizer AG" appears in a criminal case against Viktor Yanukovych, a number of ministers of his cabinet and employees of the tax service of Ukraine for creating a criminal organization of "conversion and transit centers" under the control of tax officials. Companies underpaid taxes to the state budget. Ukrainian security forces have calculated the damage to the state from this network at more than 100 billion hryvnia.
In 2023, the company Scholz Recycler AG found itself involved in another major criminal case about a network of companies that wasted public money, evaded taxes, and were involved in the laundering of illegal money through fictitious transactions using shell companies. The money received under these schemes was transferred to foreign accounts controlled by citizens of Russia and Belarus under fictitious import contracts.
FAMILY CAPITAL IN SMUGGLING
In 2016, Tatyana Onoshko was accepted into Viktor Sheiman’s family business, the Globalkastom company. She combined her work there with the position of deputy chairman of the board at the Alexvit group of companies. In addition to the already mentioned “Alexvit Ltd”, this octopus includes “GBK - Silk Road”, “Avangard Gruzotrans”, “Alexvit” and “Filigroup”. Let’s tell you more about them.
Tatyana Onoshko herself now heads the GBK - Silk Road company. Not so long ago we already told our readers about it. The company was registered in 2020, and already in 2021 it was located in the Minsk free economic zone. This company turned out to be very profitable - over the last two years it paid its shareholders 33.5 million rubles in dividends. The company is a logistics hub whose main goal is to export meat products and by-products to China and the countries of Southeast Asia. For example, the company buys chicken feet in Uzbekistan, and then resells it further to other countries.
Another company is Avangard Gruzotrans, which is owned by Yuri Grishuk, Tatyana’s brother. Now the company is headed by Valentina Grib, a former employee of Globalkastom. In addition, Valentina combines her work at Avangard Gruzotrans with a position at Alexvit Ltd., where she heads the operations and logistics department. Now Avangard Gruzotrans has reoriented itself to the eastern market and is engaged in container transportation of meat and offal to Asia.
In 2020, the Avangard Gruzotrans company, still owned and headed by Tatyana Onoshko’s brother, will “buy” the bar on Zybitskaya - “Champaneria” from Viktor Sheiman’s daughter, Olga Sheiman, and her business partner Olga Khachatryan. And then he will “resell” it to a certain Nikita Andrukovich.
Alexvit and Filigroup supply clothing and manage the SASCH clothing store chain.
In fact, what the “network” Globalcast used to do is now done by the “group of companies” Alexwit. At the helm are the same managers and confidants of Viktor Sheiman. The old legal entities that were exposed were liquidated. They were replaced by previously uninvolved companies, or even new ones.
The total revenue of the “group of companies” “Alexvit” in 2023 amounted to about a billion rubles.
So, the Onoshko family serves the interests of companies associated with Viktor Sheiman. These companies have repeatedly appeared in scandals and even criminal cases. They were suspected of underpaying taxes to the Belarusian budget, smuggling, circumventing sanctions, and parallel imports. By participating in the activities of these companies, the Onoshko couple made a fortune. Now let’s take a closer look at what they spend this fortune on and where the money that should have gone into the Belarusian budget goes.
Celebrating the New Year at Dubai’s Atlantis The Palm hotel to the songs of Kylie Minogue is just a drop in the bucket. By the way, the Onoshko family previously attended this event in this luxurious hotel - in 2016. December 31st, i.e. On New Year’s Eve 2017, Tatyana published a photo of the menu for the Atlantis The Palm gala dinner with the caption: “Let’s go!” on your Facebook page.

Thanks to CyberPartisans, we were able to find out that Tatyana and Sergei Onoshko flew out of Belarus on December 28, 2016 and returned from vacation only on January 4, 2017. Judging by the photo from her Facebook, the Onoshko couple set off on vacation with their three sons from the business lounge of the Minsk airport.

And this is not the only trip to Dubai.
PARADISAIC DELIGHT
Having analyzed photographs and geotags in the social networks of the Onoshko family, we recorded that members of the family of our heroes checked in at least 4 more times in Dubai - in January 2024, April 2023, February 2022 and March 2021. Let’s look at spring break 2021 and calculate how much the Onoshko couple could spend at the resort.
On March 30, 2021, Tatyana Onoshko published a photo on her Instagram from the beach and with the Atlantis The Palm geolocation.

Thanks to CyberPartisans, we established that Tatyana Onoshko and her husband Sergei were indeed not in their homeland on that date - they flew out of Belarus on March 26, 2021 and returned to the country on April 7. If we assume that the married couple whiled away all these 13 days and 12 nights at Atlantis The Palm, then the most budget room (but, nevertheless, with an ocean view) could cost the Onoshko couple with breakfast 8,000 €, or about 650 € in day.
The Bureau has no information whether Sergei and Tatyana were vacationing alone or with their sons. If the Onoshko family stayed at Atlantis The Palm as a whole, then the cheapest family room with breakfast for 5 people for 12 nights could cost them almost 20,000 €. The most expensive room in this hotel, a suite for six, can cost €161,000 for 12 nights.
However, the amounts spent on gala dinners with world stars and Dubai hotels are just tears compared to how much the Onoshko family could spend in another paradise on the planet - in the very heart of the equator.
Let’s move from the coast of the Persian Gulf to a place even more attractive. Where the Indian Ocean meets the Arabian Sea - the Maldives. Unlike Dubai, you won’t find fancy boutiques or raucous parties here. The Maldives is rightfully synonymous with the word exclusive; holidays in this paradise are very expensive and not available to everyone.
Let’s return to Tatyana Onoshko’s Instagram. In April 2020, she published a series of photos geotagged Baa Island, Maldives. In the caption to the photos, Tatyana hastened to add that she and her family are now at home in isolation, and they managed to get to “heaven on earth” even before the lockdown.
Tatyana Onoshko on vacation in the Maldives (December 2019). Source: Instagram account of Tatyana Onoshko
From the flight database that we received from CyberPartizan, we learned that just before the COVID-19 epidemic, the Onoshko family just rushed somewhere from Belarus on December 28, 2019 and returned to Minsk on Christmas Day - January 7, 2020. Thanks to the video from Tatiana’s post, we have no doubts – on these dates they were in the Maldives. The family spent 11 days/10 nights at the luxury resort.
In the geolocation for the post, Tatyana did not leave a mark for a specific hotel, but from the photographs she published, the Bureau established that the Onoshko couple and their children spent these days at the Vakkaru Maldives resort hotel. But how much did all this fun cost?
So, at least 5 people went on the trip - herself, her husband Sergei and their three children. The eldest twin sons Ilya and Igor were 12 years old at that time, therefore, according to the hotel rules, they are charged for them as adults; son Marat was 7, and he is registered as a child. Unfortunately, we cannot check the price level in 2020, so we set all the parameters for the same period, in case the price order is formed based on seasonality - from December 28, 2024 to January 7, 2025.
The hotel website offers the cheapest option according to the given parameters - a six-bed residence with two bedrooms of 500 m², a private pool of 38 m² and direct access to the beach. The cost of such a villa is $11,000 per day, or $110,000 for 10 nights - breakfast is already included in the price.
Source: vakkarumaldives.com
However, this is not all the costs.
The hotel can only be reached by seaplane. A round-trip transfer can be ordered at the resort itself, but it is paid additionally at the following rates: $950 per adult and $475 per child - we add another $4,275 for the transfer to the costs.
Judging by the video on Tatyana’s Instagram, they celebrated the new year 2020 at a beach party, which the hotel organizes annually. The concert program and fireworks are preceded by a festive gala dinner - similar to the one the Onoshkos attended in Dubai. When booking Villa Vakkaru Maldives, we were informed that the event is not included in the price of stay and requires additional financial costs: $1,276 per adult and $638 per child - adding another $5,742 for the New Year’s party.
In addition, Onoshko used another paid option of the resort - a boat trip on a yacht.
Boat trip of the Onoshko family in the Maldives. Source: Instagram account of Tatyana Onoshko
The hotel also provides this service for a fee. The cost of a private charter starts from $3,000 for a 2-hour sea voyage. For 4 hours you will have to pay $4,500, and for 8 – $6,000. Lunch on the yacht is paid separately. The hotel will add a 10% service fee and 16% VAT to the final cost.
We do not have information how many hours Onoshko spent on the yacht and whether they took breaks for meals. Therefore, the “Bureau” took the liberty and included in the check only the minimum cost of renting a yacht for 2 hours. With all taxes and fees, it comes out to $3,780 - suddenly Onoshko, for once, decided to save on something.
Well, and, of course, let’s not forget about food. After all, for $110,000 they only feed guests breakfast. There are 7 restaurants on site. We took average prices from Booking. The hotel offers lunch at $106 per person, and dinner costs $172 per person. Let’s assume that the Onoshko family had lunch and dinner in full force during these 10 days of stay. Thus, we add another $13,900 to the expenses for lunches and dinners for five over 11 days.
We would like to emphasize that we do not know the hotel price range in 2019–2020, but we can assume that at such elite resorts, vacation checks could be no less impressive.
In addition, we do not have information in which particular villa Onoshko lived. As a sample, we chose the most “budget” option for checking in on the site based on the number of people and their age for that time period. We admit that the Onoshko family could have preferred a more luxurious villa.
We would also like to note that in 2024 the hotel offers a 35 percent discount on accommodation and dinners for bookings of 6 nights or more, but we do not have information whether a similar discount was offered in 2019–2020 and whether the Onoshko family used it.
Thus, according to minimal estimates, the Onoshko family could spend just over $137,000 in the Maldives in 10 days! To simply earn that kind of money, an ordinary Belarusian will need 17 years.
DIAMOND MY
The Onoshko family lives large and squanders money left and right not only abroad, but also in Belarus. Studying Tatiana’s profile on Instagram, we discovered that our heroine does not save on herself and buys jewelry on an industrial scale.
Mostly Tatyana Onoshko prefers the French jewelry house Van Cleef & Arpels. For example, a bracelet with malachite made of 18-karat yellow gold costs $4,850.

In another photo, we looked at a double ring from the same Magic Alhambra collection for $7,700 and a pendant on a chain for $7,000.

Tatyana also has an almost identical necklace with mother-of-pearl. It is cheaper – $2750.

And earrings – $4050.

In another photo you can see a watch from the same jewelry house on her wrist. We couldn’t find such an accessory with mother-of-pearl for sale on the European version of the Van Cleef & Arpels website, but exactly the same ones can be purchased in Saudi Arabia for more than 50 thousand Saudi riyals. In dollars at the exchange rate their cost is almost $13,500.

In addition, Tatyana’s collection includes Lucky Alhambra butterfly earrings made of 18-karat gold with mother-of-pearl and a tiger’s eye. You can buy these for $7,150.

But Onoshko’s gold rush doesn’t end there. In our heroine’s collection we found jewelry from another famous brand - the Italian fashion house Bulgari, which is famous for creating luxury items.
For example, our heroine boasts on Instagram about the hydrangeas that she plants in the garden near her house in Senica. The flowers are beautiful, but for our taste they are much inferior to the ring and bracelet, which, when illuminated by a flash, dazzle with the shine of 18-karat rose gold combined with mother-of-pearl and onyx. In total, we counted $7,250 on Onoshko’s hand – a bracelet of $4,350 and a ring of $2,900.

Even in the Maldives, far from civilization, Tatiana wears a chain around her neck with an 18-karat rose gold pendant from Bulgari. The pendant itself is inlaid with the carnelian mineral and diamonds. For such decoration on the official website they are asking $4600.

And here, perhaps, is the crown of Tatyana’s jewelry collection – a gold snake necklace studded with diamonds. In fact, the heroine of our investigation has a one-room apartment in Minsk around her neck. After all, the cost of this decoration is $56,000!

In addition to jewelry, Onoshko also invests in bags from luxury brands. For the musical, in which her youngest son Marat performed, Tatyana chose a Mini Lady handbag from the French fashion house Christian Dior. On the official website they ask for 5050 €.

For a walk around Abu Dhabi, the choice fell on a “simpler” accessory – a small leather Kate handbag from the elite Parisian brand Saint Laurent. Tatyana Onoshko could pay 1,550 € for it.

For a beach holiday at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, our heroine chose, by her standards, a very budget option. Plastic shopper from Dolce & Gabbana. To wear sunscreen in style, Tatyana could leave $683 at the boutique.

The Onoshko couple spends no less impressive sums on clothes. Of course - the luxury segment.
Here Tatyana was going to visit an Orthodox church, obediently covering her head with two Belarusian average wages. More precisely, a Christian Dior scarf for 1210 €.

And here the whole Onoshko family is assembled. Tatyana is wearing a cotton poplin dress from Italian designers Dolce & Gabbana from the Sunrise spring 2022 capsule collection. You can no longer buy such an outfit on the brand’s website or other specialized online stores, but we still managed to find it on sale in Saudi Arabia. Original price without discount – 2200 €.

By the way, Onoshko doesn’t skimp on their children either. The youngest son of the Onoshko couple, Marat, is wearing a fashionable T-shirt, also from Dolce & Gabbana. Such a purchase could cost almost $430. Ilya is wearing a T-shirt from the premium French brand Louis Vuitton. On the official website it is the same, but in other colors it costs 820 €.

We found several more expensive branded outfits from Ilya Onoshko. For example, a boy sitting at his school desk will be wearing a sweatshirt from the Parisian high fashion house Maison Margiela - $880.

For walks with friends in the fresh air, Onoshko’s son, like all children, dresses, of course, more simply (in the understanding of this family) - in a sweatshirt from the French fashion house Givenchy. Don’t worry, the logo has not peeled off due to frequent washing – that’s how it was intended. For 580 €.

The parents also spare no money for their other son, Igor. We found this photo on the boy’s Instagram. Igor’s formal suit is accentuated by a belt with a gold buckle from Dolce & Gabbana for $515.

In July 2023, Tatyana published a photo from the birthday of her youngest son Marat - the boy turned 11 years old.

The celebration took place in the ancestral nest of the Onoshko family in the Belarusian Senitsa. For the holiday, the birthday boy dressed up in a cotton shirt from the British brand Burberry from the 2023 summer collection. On the official website this costs $300. Twin Ilya Onoshko is wearing a Dior Homme silk shirt from the premium French brand Christian Dior. The issue price is almost $1700. Twin Igor Onoshko is wearing a cotton shirt from the Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana. You can buy it for almost 800 €.

In addition, famous TikTok blogger Artur Babich was invited to Onoshko’s 11th birthday party.

Under the guise of potential clients, we contacted an agency that organizes performances by Russian show business stars and asked how much it would cost to congratulate Artur Babich at a children’s party with a trip to Minsk. The organization explained that the tiktoker’s fee will be $35,000, with another $8,000 in rider expenses. Thus, the Onoshko family could pay at least $43,000 for a star guest.
On Marat’s ninth birthday, loving parents also “discharged” their son’s idol, blogger, singer and TV presenter of Belarusian origin, Vlad Kobyakov, to Senitsa.

The “Bureau,” under the guise of a potential client, found out from manager Kobyakov that the artist’s performance at a children’s party as an event host and musical performer would cost about $8,000 per hour.
And even the Easter table in the house of Tatiana and Sergei Onoshko is decorated with a gilded porcelain duck from the Italian brand Ahura.

These figurines are made to order at a factory in Italy. We emailed the sales department, and the manufacturer told us the details: the gold plating can be replaced with platinum, and the necklace and duck eyes are encrusted with Swarovski rhinestones. You can become the proud owner of a gilded duck for only 226 € (retail price) and delivery to Belarus will cost another 40 €. In addition, they promised us a 30% discount on our first order.
In addition to the country mansion in Senica with a gilded duck, Tatyana Onoshko in 2016 acquired a red SUV – a 2016 BMW X6. Our heroine herself boasted of this gift on her Facebook page. Under the photo of the gift, she complained about the dark streak: she was poisoned, buried her last beloved grandmother and her friend who unexpectedly died - and all this on the eve of her birthday. According to Tatyana herself, moral law simply does not allow her to celebrate her own name day. But it allows you to enjoy your brand new car!

By the way, it cost Sergei Onoshko about $70,000 in 2016. The SUV also came with a license plate, probably ordered especially for Tatyana - 1010 OT-5. 1010 - coincides with the date of birth of our heroine - October 10, and OT, apparently, stands for Tatyana Onoshko.
In total, we counted more than $130,000 worth of clothing and accessories from the Onoshko family, of which jewelry amounted to almost $115,000. In addition, at least $50,000 was spent on fees and riders for celebrity guests at family functions, and at least another $145,000 was spent on two vacations: in Dubai and the Maldives. And this is clearly only the lower threshold - what Tatyana Onoshko posted for everyone to see on Instagram, which we were able to identify and evaluate - without taking into account the cost of air tickets and everyday vacation expenses. But even so, that’s almost four hundred thousand dollars for entertainment, luxury items and gifts for each other. The actual scale of spending on material branded goods, vacations and real estate can be many times greater.
The Onoshko family are middle managers from Viktor Sheiman’s “clip,” but they earn and spend more than the average Belarusian could ever dream of. Onoshko’s fabulous money earned from gray schemes, evading sanctions and smuggling is spent on diamond jewelry, branded clothing, business class flights, luxury resorts, dinners with champagne and caviar, and fees to stars.
And while in Belarus the average accrued salary is about $600 per month, managers of companies associated with Sheiman spend that much simply on a shirt.
Sergei Onoshko did not want to talk to us.
“I don’t feel comfortable talking right now,” the businessman said and hung up.
Tatyana Onoshko did not answer our calls.
